Who We Are

Simon and Simon Resources, Inc. is a management consulting company that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities and diverse populations in transportation, education, business and other aspects of society. We help transportation systems, companies, government agencies, organizations and institutions comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and with the needs of a diverse workforce and customer base. We also help our clients gauge their progress through rigorous customer and employee satisfaction measurement programs.

Employing consultants and specialists in a variety of capacities including training support, research and multimedia development, SIMON and SIMON will assemble the right team to get the job done. Our teams are fully inclusive of people from all backgrounds and many levels of disability.
