The Simon and Simon Five-Point System for Inclusion™ is a non-confrontational, effective combination of classroom instruction, curriculum materials, instructional video media, interactive exercises and role-playing.

Simon and Simon trains employees, managers, customer service representatives, educators and others to learn, practice and support inclusion, and comply with ADA and diversity policies. Inclusive behavior requires the mastery of certain fundamental skill sets that are at the core of the training program provided in The Simon and Simon Five-Part System for Inclusion™.
